Monitoring & Support team facilitates the deployment and setup of products in customer environment. Many products require interfacing with external systems, data stores, data producing instruments to obtain data as well as publish data. These external systems present a range of communication protocols for handshake and integration. As SigmaStream products are hardware and operating system agonistic, deployment is possible on different types of systems and combination of these factors is also possible. In such a scenario, Monitoring and Support team lends a helping hand to streamline the activity by offering the understanding of different components involved namely infrastructure, SigmaStream product suite and knowledge of operations of the domains.
SigmaStream Monitoring team has distinguished itself by taking control of monitoring rigs remotely and carrying out troubleshooting to ensure 24 X 7 data streaming.
Training is also handled by this team to help end-users to use SigmaStream products without any intervention.
